Well, today was the last chance for a Cardinals win for the season and didn’t happen.

Wake only stopped scoring because they decided to stop trying to.

Couldve hung 70+ on the Cards today if they’d felt like it.

It's a very sad state of affairs with the UL team. Most people thought Wake was the only team left on the schedule that UL had a decent chance of beating. Looks like 2-10.

They won’t beat anyone else this season. If they did, it would be a big surprise.

Home in time for the afternoon games. :lol2:

What was the butt-in-the-seat attendance today? Someone said that when the official attendance of 49,000+ was announced, the radio guys all laughed.

I didn’t see but I’d have to assume that isn’t true.

I heard a Wake running back was throwing up L’s to the crowd, a kid Bobby pulled a scholarship on.

There weren’t 30k there.

I would have guessed in the range of 25,000-28,000.

He sure did. After a 70 something yard TD run.

That running back rushed for 243 yards today. Petrino didn't feel he could run at the ACC level according to reports by Rick Bozich. To be fair, 243 yards against this particular Louisville team still doesn't prove that he can run against ACC defenses.
