CovCath has been struggling with its passing game lately. It's been all McGinness in these lower scoring games.

I heard the Colonels had some penalties. Is that the story of why this game wasn’t worse of a score? What were the stats?

Cov Cath has some penalties but overall it didn’t affect their ability to move the ball. The Camels offense is so inept. If they even had an average offense, this game could’ve been close.

It’s actually a blessing to the Colonels to to have some misfortune in a win like that. That’s one thing they’re not used to. Great teams still have hiccup games, looks like they stabilized and dominated in their usual fashion the second half of the game.

I'm not sure about how many penalty yards, but Cov Cath did have a 2nd quarter penalty called back for holding.

 

I also had a LOT of folks texting me about a no-call hit on Duncan Summe while he was up in the air going for a 45 yard pass reception in the 1st quarter. Duncan had jumped up and was fully extended with his hands on the ball, and the Campbell County defensive back (reportedly) launched himself head-first and hit Duncan squarely in the ribs with his helmet and shoulder pads while Duncan was "defenseless" in the air.
