Will the ROCK crack the Bell this week in round 2?? The ROCK beat Bell 18-14 in a regular season game. Both teams are looking for a win this week but, IMO it could go either way:argue: :argue:

I believe this is going to be a great football game! I honestly believe Bell has gotten a lot better since the 1st matchup, particularly on defense. That being said I believe Rocks getting better also. This will be quite possibly the hardest hitting game in the state of Kentucky Friday night.

This should be a real slobbernocker. I think the offensive line of Rockcastle will be the difference in the game. Rock 21 Bell 10

IMO this should be a beauty of a game. Both teams will leave it all on the field Friday night at the end of this one. The team that makes the least mistakes comes out on top. When you have stingy defenses you can't make mistakes. Slight edge to the Rock playing on their home field.

This will be the game of the week in the mountains. IMO these are the best teams in the mountains, yes better than Johnson Central and all others in this area. If the play-off system was like old, they would be meeting in the regional finals.

When these two face off, its always a good game that usually goes down to the wire. Rockcastle always seems to have Bell Co.'s number in the playoffs and with it being at Rockcastle, I believe the Rock will be advancing while Bell Co. heads back to Log Mountain. My prediction:

 

Rockcastle: 21

Bell Co.: 14

If Bell can run the ball some and slow Rock's running game down a sustantial amount I really like the Bobcat's chances. Its going to be a great game. I for one am excited about it!!

I will have to agree LMB, this should be a great game. Last year's loss at home in Regional Finals to Rock has weighed heavy on Bobcats. Even with the great game that Miller had in Game #2 this season the Bobcats nearly pulled off the upset. Bell's defensive lapse early on allowing Miller's 97 yard return after a punt backed up Rock on the three, was huge. It still was a four-point loss. This time the Bobcats are playing better on defense and their offense has matured. Bell has a couple of key players out with injury and young players taking their place. Could be a factor. If Bell plays it smart and Nelson is on.....Bell meets JC in week three!

Bell County will have to get Christopher the ball enough times for him to break a long td or 2 for them to win this game. I'm guessin they won't.

This should be a great game. I had heard Bell had a couple of starters out with injuries , does anybody know who. I wonder if Rock will play freshmen quarterback any I knew he played some against clay
