Notre Dame 38 Stanford 17

I'd argue Ohio state has the easiest path left.

Umm I’d highly disagree with that.

Nothing would make me happier than the Irish getting that 4 seed in the playoff opposite Alabama.

I saw last night that if they played right now Bama would be a -17 favorite.

I'd lay every cent I could scrape together on Bama covering that. Every last penny.

That's tight man.

At this point I could see them being a 17 point favorite over anyone in the top 25.

Who they have left that you actually see as a threat?

The last I saw they would be double digit favorite over every team in the country except Ohio State and they would be 9.5 over Ohio State.

Michigan State and Michigan are tougher opponents than anything ND or Clemson have left.

Completely disagree about State and ND handled Michigan easily enough without Book at the helm. If he was QB, I think they add at least 2 touchdowns, maybe more.

I don't see OSU being within 14 points of Bama at this point. That's nothing against the Buckeyes, Bama just looks that much better than everyone.

This looks a lot like 2012. A couple of breaks here and some overrated opponents to hype up the Irish. Vandy should have beat this team and Stanford is overrated with a gift from Oregon. Up next is Va Tech; yep the same one that loss to ODU. They are currently ranked in the top 25. Could be wrong but ND is set up pretty for the playoffs.

Probably by more points IMO with nearly everyone.

That still doesn’t mean Notre Dames schedule is harder than Ohio States. Notre Dame should roll through every team they play the rest of the year by at least 2 TDs.

As you agree that no one is within 14 of Bama right now I don’t have a problem with that. Bama is just better.

Id give ND a 75% chance of being in the playoff rights now.
