Let’s be honest. I’m not going to change your opinion and MSU and Cuse don’t play so nothing I say is going to matter. I could talk about talent disparity and coaching but you won’t buy it so why waste my time. If you think Cuse is better than MSU then so be it.

Agreed. But I also think Clemson is better than Sparty and I saw the game with Syracuse. I've also seen other games from both teams, that's why I think Syracuse can beat them. But, fair enough, we'll agree to disagree.

Win. That’s what matters.

Oh, so UCF should be a contender this year then?

I read somewhere that it's a two year process for non-P5 teams. So since UCF ran the table last year, winning a NY6 game, they should be in the playoff conversation this year as long as they keep winning.

So if Kentucky beats Texas A&M this weekend by more than 2 are they better than Clemson? Of course not. So Syracuse playing Clemson close doesn’t mean every team that plays close or beats Syracuse is great too.

P5 teams and Notre Dame only. G5 should have their own playoff.

No, but you still haven't told me who Sperry had beaten that's a quality win to make me think Cuse would lose to them or why they should even be ranked.

That's ridiculous.

But UCF has exactly followed the path you laid out for a non-P5 team last year...

Boom!

You also should have read that you need a quality opponent on that second year schedule.

Who has Cuse beat?

But UCF has exactly followed the path you laid out for a non-P5 team last year...

Not exactly... I specifically used Houston as an example of winning a big bowl game and needing to go undefeated with a big win on the schedule. Houston started off that second year with a win over Oklahoma.

That's ridiculous.

How so? In a 4 team playoff you are concerned about ND taking up a spot but would be fine with UCF?
