Maybe, as long as the turnover does not result in an immediate score then all a turnover is really just a defensive stop like a three and out. If you added 5 more possessions which resulted in punts would you still expect the same result

Yes, the Pittsburgh offense is inching forward without Bell and without OC Todd Haley. Maybe they'll have it together by the next time these two teams play.

 

As a Browns fan, I am slightly in a better mood because they tied instead of posting a loss to the hated Steelers. But a tie is not a moral victory. Cleveland has played a lot of really close games over the last two years and has only won one game. I think they are improved, but this was a low-scoring, 3-point game last year. We need to win close games. I think Tyrod will give us a good chance to do that because he doesn't turn the ball over. I also think Cleveland's defense will prove to be legit.

You can word it however, I guess. Point being if you give the ball to the other team six times, you're not going to win very often.

And for that matter, no professional sport should ever end in a tie. That's just stupid and a waste of everyone's time.
