I’m extremely interested in the toxicology report at this point.

If she didn't have history with the guy she almost had to be drunk/high. I just can't see a scenario where it escalated to this point with her being sober. Unless she's just freaking nuts.

Didn't see that coming. She sure looks a lot like the chick in the photo on social media. :idunno:

If you are talking about the photo of him with the 3 women (the one in the sunglasses is suppose to by Guyger) then it's not her. His employer has said that is Botham with 3 coworkers.

That's the one. Thanks for the info.

Agreed. My wife and I were talking about this whole incident, and she said she could somewhat maybe see going to the wrong floor if you weren't paying complete attention, but once the key didn't work, you'd have to notice your surroundings unless you were impaired in some way.

Personally, I don't know how someone could go to the wrong apartment. Just makes no logical sense to me, but I've never lived in an apartment so maybe I'm way off.

Without seeing the layout of the building and/or floors it's tough to say if going to the wrong apartment makes sense. I could see if the floors all looked the same and apartment number wasn't clearly marked on the doors she could go to the wrong apartment. But like you I would think once her key didn't work she would notice pretty quickly she was in the wrong place. Also you would think even if they didn't know each other she would at least have seen him and maybe even know he lives in the building, unless one of them was fairly new to the building. Also would depend on how big the building was I guess.

His mother bought him a shiny red rug to place in front of his door in order to tell his apartment apart from the others.

The elephant in the room is does she still shoot if a white male or female opens the door?

Seems like there is way more to the story than we know and we are in full on speculation mode. PP92 noted that it is being reported they didn't know one another, but is that confirmed? There is a reason the vast majority of murders are committed by people that know their victims. Random acts of murder with complete strangers seldom happens, statistically speaking. I can see a scenario, however, in an apartment complex someone who is completely sauced goes to the wrong unit. Upon hearing the commotion is let in and the person not know what is going on.

Not sure how we weigh that against her being messed up out of her mind (if that is the case). She did after all go to the wrong apartment unit, so something was amiss.

If she was high/drunk, I imagine she does regardless. If she was sober, I think it's an interesting/valid question.

I'll add I'm still not 100% sold they didn't know one another.

Unless she was incoherently messed up out of her mind, I have a hard time believing they didn't know each other. Again, most murders are committed by people that know the victims and are in close proximity to them. Normally at a household.

Which is what makes it the elephant in the room. We’ll never know the answer to that question.

The belief that they knew each other was based off of a picture that people said she was in. Turns out she wasn’t the girl in the picture. Nothing else ties them together as knowing each other.
