I bet Coach Wallace at X and Spader at BG are tighter than banjos right about now!

I would have to say there is more pressure on Coach Wallace right now. There is no way he wants to be 0-2 in a new job.

Will be departing Bowling Green in a couple of hours. Can't wait. I hope it's a good game.

My prediction is a 27-14 St. X win.

Tough question to answer Deuce. I would anticipate on the eve of a long holiday weekend more of the excuses not to go are gone. But with that said, a 2 hour trip each way for some just isn't worth it.

I look for BG to have a decent crowd but not overflowing.

Side note: I love everything about St X's stadium, EXCEPT the visitor bleachers. Just don't get a good view of things in the low profile. I have sat on the home side before (not for this game though) and it was a great view!

Hoping for no injuries both sides and hoping for a close game!

I typically sit on the visitors side for any games I attend in town, because the crowd is usually smaller. But for this one, I might just have to get there earlier and head up top on the home side. That visitor side is entirely too small.

Visitor bleachers are AWFUL!

Of course, as a Purples fan I am hoping St X begins their season 0-2

Regardless of outcome tonight, I am hoping X nation hangs in there with Coach Wallace and the team. I am sure he has had some sleepless nights from some questionable play calls a couple of weeks ago. Very uncharacteristic.

Coach Wallace will adjust and find his groove (hopefully not tonight). Although BGHS is a public school and has limited resources compared to X, there’s really no words to describe how Coach Wallace and his leadership changed the landscape and DNA of Bowling Green High football.

He will get things going!

X family has always been classy. Hoping you guys have a great season.

Patience is a virtue

Possess it if you can

Found seldom in a woman

But never in a man

X will be state champs in 6A..... soon

I’m sure he will Be successful. Offensively it’s been a big transition from last year, and only returning 1 starter doesn’t help. He said it might be mid-season before offense is where he wants it to be. He’ll be able to call a more aggressive game with Sullivan back, than he could against DeSales. Should be good game tonight.
