This game was a war of attrition last year. Neither team broke 200 yards of offense. If I recall, that outcome was deemed a bit of an upset. PT looked really, really good last week vs. McCracken. Hopefully they can carry that momentum over into this week.

Yes, it was considered an upset at the time as Liberty Tech was highly regarded going into that game. They ended up not having nearly the season that they had hoped for.

 

The kids remember this game well and look forward to reaching the endzone just a little more.

Yep, we beat Valley in the first round, Central in the second, now Liberty Tech for the championship!

Liberty Tech is huge. These guys are big on both lines and they come off the ball pretty quick. Linebackers all have good size.

 

This team is gonna be hard to handle. They lost 19-0 last week to Friendship Christian, who won a state title in Tennessee last season. This game can present some problems.

Well hopefully PT can come out with the win, good luck!

I think the Big Blue can take the win, but they need to do it while improving, namely in the passing game. Being that neither QB has much experience, they need to work in some short passing in order to build their confidence.

PT will gain yards on the ground vs Libtech, but can they throw for a 100 yards?

If they do that they will grab another victory.

Watched the PT/McCracken game. Loved the wishbone offense and they seemed to play with a lot of confidence. McCracken looked inferior on both sides of the ball.
