Got the next 2 guys (in a situation where doing so was more important than not allowing the 2 runs in) and then allowed a bases empty single with 2 outs. Not a great outing, but not turrrible.

When he visits the mound he seems like a guy who tells it like it is rather than trying to always coddle them. It won't matter. He will test the free agent market no matter what.
