UofL and Foundation Sue Dr. Ramsey et al

Featured Replies

I don't have a link to the story to post here. If someone else can find one and add it into the thread that would be great.

Basically, Dr. Ramsey, his assistant plus others are being sued for fraud and financial abuse of power.

Good. I love to see places eat their own.

I’m so torn.

I was all about Ramsey being out, but this board is so awful, self-serving, and incompetent that it’s hard to watch them do all this.

Self-serving, how so?

Isn't Pence defending Ramsey against the U.L. Foundation's suit while also representing Pitino against U.L.? All this while the article says his law firm is legal council for U.L. Athletics. Obviously no conflicts anywhere!!!!!

Pence and Wetzel is the firm working for Pitino and Ramsey. The firm that advises the athletic department is Stites and Harbison.
