However they are chanting vote Bevin out, and he has not been the best with words, but at least he is doing something not one other Governor has tried. To fix it in some capacity.

On your list of achievements you can’t tout charter schools and pension reform that will make some schools insolvent and push future teachers away and say otherwise.
