Ouch! Poor Central Hardin! Looks like the Cru put it to them. Watch out Lafayette!

As far as I remember there have been a total of ZERO public school teams in the state championship in volleyball.

 

And it stays that way again this year, as the Cru defeated Lafayette 2-0

Assumption again.They have 6 of the 7 seniors going on to the next level.I guess Ron will just re-load again for next year.Amazing.

Congratulations to Assumption once again. I am very impressed by St. Henry. There were a lot of people who doubted them. They did a fantastic job at Regionals and had a great state tournament as well! Way to go Crusaders and excellent job representing NKY!

What a FANTASTIC season for the St. Henry Crusaders.

 

Here is a Class A school who graduated what...8 starters from last year's team and only returned 1. Granted, it was all-world player Stephanie Niemer but still...1 starter returning??

 

And what do they do? Oh, they just continue to be the machine that they are and make their way all the way to the state title game AGAIN against all-world Assumption.

 

Congratulations Lady Cru on representing St. Henry and NKY so very well, year in and year out.

 

No doubt...the NEW home of championship volleyball in NKY is on Donaldson Road!!
