Faulkner leads the Titans with 43, Baughman adds 22

Trevon Faulkner eclipses 3000 points for his career!

His 3 Ball was falling early, and when that's going good luck slowing him down!

Disappointing. I thought the Ads would put up a better effort than this in their first regional appearance in seven seasons.

First half was a good game. Then Faulkner and Mercer Co. took it over.

Trevon played an incredible game from start to finish as Danville had no answer for him. Any win in the region is a good win. Mercer needs to pick up their defense and rebounding. Their PG needs to work more to get everyone involved and less looking for own shot. Outside of Faulkner and Baughman I don't think the rest of the team had more than 7 shot attempts combined. They can beat mediocre teams that way but I don't think they can win region like that see championship game last year when Pulaski won easy. I thought Danville played as good as they could play in the 1st half and were still down 6.

I wouldn't call Danville's season a bad season but I think I expected a little more. They had a lot of talented players on the roster. Outside of a few games, they just never seemed to get it going.
