Another classic Boyle County/Danville game. Intense, chippy and closer than the score shows. Boyle County led most of the game and technical fouls late in the 4th quarter turned a 10 point Boyle County lead into a 20 point Boyle County lead. It was over after that.

Good win Rebs!

This game was 47-44 in the 4th quarter and Boyle went on a 17-0 run that was aided by a technical foul and at least 6 free throws. I was watching online but I missed what the technical foul was for.

PP92?

I really thought Boyle was on the verge of running away with the game in the second quarter but Jaleel Warren came in off the bench and gave the Ads a spark to get a double digit deficit down to single numbers.

Danville got it down to three points but as PP says, Boyle extended the lead and then technicals made things academic.

Boyle went 7-8 from the line as a result of the technicals and personal fouls.

I’m guessing it was cussing. They never explained to the scorer’s table why the technicals were called. I know cussing is an automatic technical foul and after they explained to Coach McKinney why they called the technicals I didn’t get the vibe that he felt they were bad calls.

All speculation on my part.

That's probably why I wasn't able to really see anything. That would make sense. I didn't really know it was an automatic technical for cussing. Is that a local rule or statewide?

The game was online? Who showed it?

Statewide. If the refs hear it then they will call it. Bryce and Grant have both received that technical.

It was just a Facebook live video by a fan.

Yeah it was perfect for me. I couldn't make it tonight and wife isn't feeling great. So I just watched the 2nd half online.
