Yes we have, but in basketball. I don't think this sounds like typical UK football fans. They are used to defeat one way or another.

Is it just BBN whose actions get publicized or have other officials across the country incurred similar wrath of other fan bases for "bad" calls? Regardless, there is no place for this in college sports.

Wish I had this guys number! People put a lot of money and personal time into these bowl games only to see some ego driven and whining referee try to dictate the games. His job is to officiate. I wouldn’t threatening anyone but these officials should be called out, just as anyone is, when they do a poor job.
