I've done "The Killer Angels" a couple times now but I've never read his son's followups. Doing the first one now. Have a copy of "Last Full Measure" that I'll get around to sometime in the new year.

 

I'm up to chapter 39. Chamberlain - January 1863. The book is a fascinating way to look at the war. I've not seen the movie, but I can't imagine it is as good as the book. Movies rarely are.

I know, a Hallmark movie, but Mrs. S will enjoy the audio book on the drive over to Apopka and back, today.

 

Reading this on my Kindle players. The great part about using the library is that it is free. The bad part is that reading a book series in order can be frustrating.

 

Hoping to get Tom Coyne's new book, "A Course Called Scotland". His previous two, "Paper Tiger" and "A Course Called Ireland" are wonderful must reads for all golfers. If Santa leaves it under the tree, it will accompany me to Florida for the winter.

I've actually never seen the movie. Looking forward to watching it.
