So I guess LC will have to win out!

It looks like it....Montgomery and Madison Central are tough, but I think the PATS can do it! :ylsuper:

Lincoln County fans are just as hungry as the Montgomery. Just like Montgomery they have not had a lot to cheer about the last 5 or 6 years.

Lincoln does travel well. I do not know what was going on at N Laurel but we had 3 times more fans than they did Friday night. Montgomery has had an excellent run through the district with a very impressive win against Madison Central. Lincoln has also had an impressive run through district with a win over GRC which beat Montgomery. I believe that Lincoln will be the best defense and offense that they have played this year. With that said...

Lincoln 28

Montgomery 7

No matter what happens, this will not be for the district championship. Under the new playoff rules, the district championship is decided with the second playoff round. The in-season district games merely determine the seeding for the playoffs.

Lincoln County and Montgomery County have met eight times on the football field, with Lincoln County leading the series 5 games to 3.

My pleasure!;)

District champ will not be crowned until 2nd week of playoffs. Regular season just counts for seeding under new system as I understand it
