nees1212 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 If his 1 game suspension gets overturned, the league doesn't give a crap about player safety. There is no room in the game for the stunt he pulled against Buffalo. Heck, I think the 1 game was weak.
nkuclubbaseball19 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Weak imo too. No need for that in the game. No need for Juju or Iloka’s hits either. They both need suspensions as well.
Phantom 5497 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Weak imo too. No need for that in the game. No need for Juju or Iloka’s hits either. They both need suspensions as well. I could not agree more
UKMustangFan Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 One game seems right. It was a cheap shot, Gronk admitted as much and said he got carried away after the game. Sit next week and get healthy for the Steelers in 2 weeks.
MJAlltheWay24 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 I'd imagine that his lack of history of plays like this probably played a factor in only giving him one game. No way the NFL overturns it after all the hits last night too. They should be tossing out some suspensions left and right. I'd even toss out suspension to guys like Antonio Brown for continually saying "karma" in post game interviews. They need something drastic. I acknowledge a suspension to AB is that, but they have go to do something to get rid of this culture that actually built the NFL years ago. You don't need it anymore. Fantasy sports carries your brand and league, not the big hits of yesteryear.
plantmanky Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 It should get overturned. If AJ only got finded for grabing a player by the neck and slaming him down on his head, then this should just be a fine too. For consistentsy purposes.
75center Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 I don't think he has a history so I would be ok with a fine.
TAC Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Twitter That was cheap for sure, but he looked pretty goofy doing it. If you are going to get suspended, make it count.
ColonelPops Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 This play was far more egregious than the hit on Burfict last night or the hit on Brown in the end zone. 4 inches lower and Smith's hit was legal. No way Gronkowski should get the same or less as Smith or Iloka.
5 STAR Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 One game seems right. It was a cheap shot, Gronk admitted as much and said he got carried away after the game. Sit next week and get healthy for the Steelers in 2 weeks. One game because Gronk admitted it was a cheap shot. Your kidding, right. :lol2: :lol2:

Your kidding, right. :lol2: :lol2: I don’t want to speak for UKMF but I don’t think he’s saying it’s only one game because Gronk admitted it was a cheap shot. He’s saying that 1) one game feels right to him and 2) it was a cheap shot, and that Gronk even acknowledges that.
