I left a little early. I believe the score was 41-18 T. I was very impressed with T's kicker. The varsity kicker must be very good.

He is very good. Although I have heard that the JV kicker may actually have more talent.

JV guy has a lot of talent, but the varsity guy can do all 3 and has more power and much much more hang time

Kicker's dad and I were chatting it up at the top of DCMS....he said his boy was NOT having a good day kicking??? Scary!! 5 yards deep into the end zone w/ hang time...hit the school with his extra points...I'd like to have "bad days" like that! He also said that the JV team we saw was 95% sophomores...and only the QB saw any Friday night action. They were very impressive defensively, especially the LB's. REALITY CHECK for O-linemen!!! ( and let's also mention RB's need to do a better job picking up the blitz. Way to scramble Tony G. )

Zlaton Petrovic is his name, he is still a little green but will make a sick D1 kicker.

I heard that T has an "A" & "B" team JV...B is mostly Soph and A is mostly JR that don't see much action on Friday. Maybe the Soph team is the better?? Let's hope! We'll give 'em all we got no matter who they run out there! Films this week may have taught the boys some valuable lessons....we shall see Sat. !!

T has but one JV team. That team plays juniors and sophomores.

No. Trinity has one JV team. It is made up of juniors and sophmores. The person you talked with may have been noting that since the Rocks played Friday night and had a number of players out in the past few weeks. Several players that would usually play JV didn't because they were moved up the depth chart on Varsity. Nothing new, this is how its been and will be IMO.

These 2 teams go at it again this weekend at Trinity. I am looking forward to the trip. Heard the stadium is top notch.
