Have you seen Fulton City this year and do they have what it takes to beat Mayfield?

Fulton City has been winning impressively this year, putting up alot of points, but, there schedule has been very weak...I haven't seen them play, but, I don't think there schedule has prepared them very well for the likes of a Mayfield caliber team...

Exactly. However, this is where the whole scheduling notion gets misrepresented. Let us say Fulton City had played Mayfield's schedule... they would probably have 1 win at this time and would not be any more prepared to take on Mayfield.

 

Fulton City, imo, has done the correct thing. They put some winnable games on their schedule to get the community and school a little confidence. Remember, we are still dealing with 14-17 year old kids; emotions/confidence mean the world to their success.

Fulton City has something like 150 kids in the top four grades ... they are playing the schools they need to be playing.
