I think talk of a running clock in this rivalry is over the top. I agree that Beechwood is the favorite but history tells us this game is almost always a tough, hard fought battle.

Tough year to figure out which NCC team will show up. I anticipate the one that beat CAL will show considering this is a rivalry game.

Some CAL fans felt good about a win over NCC, too. Beechwood may be a better team, but I don't think they're putting NCC on a running clock.

If NCC comes ready to play and are prepared this will be a good game, if not it may not be a running clock but Beechwood will be in control without a threat from NCC.

Hard to tell it wasn't much of a game. I just want the best 11 on the field and lets see what happens.

Every game that NCC has won this season, they had more rushing attempts than passing attempts.

It seems to me that the recipe for this NCC team to be successful this season is to establish the run and to stick with it. If they are unable to do so against Beechwood, IMO this trend will continue

Chicken or egg? Maybe in the games they had more passing attempts, they weren't able to effectively run the ball and/or they fell behind and felt they had to pass more to catch up.

I thought the same thing but from my impressions of this offense they have just as good an opportunity to score from the running game as the passing game. Just my opinion but this team will go as far as this running game takes them

They have a ton of playmakers get them ball period!
