This team gets the nod as the best Cov Cath team all time in my book. I am not that familiar with the 80s Cov Cath teams but in my opinion '97 was the previous number 1 and this team was better by a hair. This team dominated all the way through but I believe the competition was better in 97. So it is close but AJ & Eddie seal the deal.

They dominated everyone to the tune of ruining clocks after many 1st/2nd quarters. Starters didn’t play much. Running clocks did it’s job, or most of these games could have added 3 more TDS for CCH. Another thread should go up for this if it wants to be discussed.
