Cardinals @ Reds (8/4-8/6)

Featured Replies

Wow. No thread started before the game, even after coming off taking 2 of 3 from the Pirates.

Good guys win the opener 3-2. Wojo picks up the win.

Castillo takes the hill tomorrow. We'll see if he can duplicate his last time out.

Sorry got busy today. Always good to take one from the dirty birds.

What is that, about five in a row over the Cards???

I believe 5 of 6 and 8 of 11

Votto goes deep in the first. Duvall nearly goes back to back, with a shot to center that goes off the top of the wall and comes back in. Ends up at 3rd.

Reds just hit and run with Mez who probably strikes out more than anyone on the team. Result: Strikeout in to a double play.

Castillo only gave up 3 hits, but had 5 walks and 2 hit batters. I wonder if he was extra amped up trying to repeat, or even out-do his last performance.

The 97mph fastball to the side of the head was scary. Dude acted like it was a curve ball to the hip.

Homer gives up 10 runs in less than four innings.

Man, what an albatross this will be if he cannot come back from the latest surgery.

The highlight of Homer's career will always be when he dropped the expletive in the interview after his no hitter on live TV.
