Impeachment is not a "criminal" function. It is a political one. As such, impeachment is now and always has been whatever the House (indict) and Senate (convict) say it is.

 

Given that construct, not sure how Roger Stone can argue there is "not enough evidence." He can certainly argue, which I assume he is, that in his opinion nothing Trump has done is an impeachable offense. So far from what we know, I agree.

Will never happen.

I doubt Donald will be impeached(although I do see Republicans in Congress eventually distancing themselves more and more from him) and I DON'T want to see Donald impeached. One thing most of us can agree on- his character is most certainly impeachable.

We are getting exactly what we voted for. In my opinion, it was a mistake, but we live with the mistake.
