Yes. I am saying the accusations in the article are false.

I'm also wondering why every time I ask you a question you never answer but instead ask me a question?

How can you fact check something you have no first hand knowledge of? So you are saying the tweet never happened? Are you saying you know personally this is a lie? How do you know this? What proof do you have?

If Bipsic says its a fact we just take your word?

Avoidance and deflection. Plain and simple.

Avoidance and deflection. Plain and simple.

I never avoided anything. I answered him. Lets see how he answers me now.

1. The Washington Post and The New York Times appear to be heavily left slanted. If there is one person that they hate, thats President Trump. I do not know if what they say is 100% factual and neither do you.

I could not care less if a publication appears left or right slated. Heck, The Economist is the only publication I actually subscribe to and read cover to cover. You are also correct, neither of us know what is 100% factual, but I do care when multiple news organizations independently verify stories broke by other papers. Also, I'm always going to give the benefit of the doubt to written press over television, organizations that subscribe to actual standards of journalism, and reporters who have strong reputations.

2. What the Gateway Pundit published that stuck out to me was a public admission by someone who said they had a part in the leaks and helped the deceased in it.

Do you see the circular logic? Gateway Pundit says Kim Dotcom had a part in the leaks. Kim Dotcom says he had a part. Well Gateway is right because KDC says so. KDC has credibility because Gateway says so. Of course KDC has a history of blaming Obama for his legal troubles and hinting at Hilary bombshells without coming through.

I'm also curious how our intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia was responsible for the email hacking, but a guy who has been railing on about Hilary for quite a while is all of a sudden correct and involved with a murdered staffer. Let's not forget this has all come up because a deranged man from Texas is bankrolling an investigation where the investigator went on a local news broadcast to link Seth Rich to wikileaks. Turned out his only source was the reporter herself! The investigator since has backed off his claims.

3. As far as questioning things that are not fair or unethical from either side, then I think it should be. I have stated numerous times if Trump is guilty then he needs removed. How many times do I have to say that?

The issue is every time something comes out against Trump it is never good enough. It is always the same, if he's guilty he needs removed, but hey, at the same time I'm tired about hearing anything negative. This isn't directed to you specifically, but I truly cannot understand how so many times when something fishy comes up, it causes so many to dig in deeper and hate the other side more. It literally defies logic.

4. The Democrats proved in the past elections the low level of ethics that they have to the point of down right cheating one of their own. I say Murder is nothing for these people and this is the head of the DNC, the party you support. Those are facts thats been proven.

See responses in the quote and below, I messed up formatting.

First, I don't support either party.

Second, I don't know what you are referring to as the head of the DNC,

Third "murder is nothing for these people" has not been proven.

Fourth, I have no desire to get into a who is more corrupt contest, but I'd offer redistricting and gerrymandering is fairly low on the ethics totem pole and a whole lot more meaningful to the national landscape.

Yes, you can take my word when every organization with any sense of reporting standards has debunked the story. When a website exists to not even actually advance a conservative cause, but to "expose the wickedness of the left" I'm probably never going to give any credibility to anything they say, and I'm definitely not giving them a click.

Obviously I am not taking your word. Your word here is as good as mine in the fact that we do not either one know the truth. I am at least that smart.

The point is, whenever something is stated about the right with out substantiated evidence, you cry foul and say it's fake news before there is a chance to substantiate the statement. Then you're turning around and doing the EXACT SAME THING and trying to claim that you aren't. Plainly inconsistent.

Goose and gander.

Obviously I am not taking your word. Your word here is as good as mine in the fact that we do not either one know the truth. I am at least that smart.

Yes, but there is quite a bit more actual research to support one opinion over the other (and I'm not referencing my own research in any way).

Here is the statement released today. We will see if this is investigated or not.

I KNOW THAT SETCH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.

“He wanted to change that from the inside.”

I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015. In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements. In the meantime, I will make no further comment.

STATEMENT FROM

KIM DOTCOM

Fox News has retracted the Seth Rich/KimDotCom story and apologized although Sean Hannity hasn't done so yet. Reports are that many at Fox News are disgusted by the story.

I don't think Sean will be one of those.
