April 30, 20179 yr ‘Go and kill yourself,’ a Louisiana teacher told an 11-year-old student, authorities say - The Washington Post Highlights from the Story -11 year old girl was told to "Go and Kill yourself" by a teacher -Other students were told to pick fights with her or they would be failed by the same teacher, at least one student reported that to the school principal -After first teacher was escorted from the school, her replacement was seen shoving the same girl in the gym and has also been arrested. This says absolutely nothing negative about teachers or the teaching profession, but it does say that these two individuals are crap and should be in jail.
April 30, 20179 yr That's worse than bullying in my book, that's flat out abuse. The second teacher looks like she's really sorry for what she did in her mug shot...
May 3, 20179 yr Does anyone with a knowledge of law know what kind of sentences those charges tend to carry if convicted? They seem a little light given the prolonged nature of the abuse and the fact that they were in a position of power.
