April 20, 20179 yr The purpose of the topic is obvious. Yes, that Hate Crime Aggravated sentences are, at best, inconsistently levied. They need to be taken off of the books if they are not going to be given across all ethnic groups.

April 21, 20179 yr This drives me nuts. How is she a racist? Islam is a religion and ideology. It's not a race. Muslim Come in all ethnicities, and colors. True most are of Arab descent, but not all. Just like you can't say doing something to Catholics or Baptists is racist as I know black Catholics, many Hispanic/Latino Catholics and same with Baptists.
