Pikevilel is a mountain top 10 but they have had a tuff schedule which is keeping them out of it right now. Its no big deal though they will be there by end of year. Zeus Im not saying he isnt good or a good person but you have to learn to keep those emotions inside. They are nothing wrong with being emotional but not that much. He is a good player though. I never said he was he is a heck of a player he just has to keep emotions held in some. Its a big game and he wanted to win you have to like that about him. Good luck the rest of the season they will be fine the remainder of the year. And they will be in the top 10 before the year is over.

I don't have a dog in this fight but there is no cause to call out and place the blame on one kid. These are 16-18 year old kids would you like to go back and have everything you did at that age critiqued by people that don't know what you're thinking or going through. To make a general comment about a team is one thing, to single out a player is just wrong--you should be ashamed of yourself.

I hope so, I'd like to see a regional championship game between these two. This has developed into a very entertaining rivalry--its a shame they'll be in different classes next year. Maybe we could renew the regular season game.:thumb: I've got nothing but respect for the Panthers.

That's all I was saying, for all I know someone could have had 15 penalties on them and really have cost them the game. The thing is these are kids and whether you call them out by name or number that's just wrong. Any teenager could melt down given the right circumstances--at least it was on the football field in a (except for pride) meaningless game and not on a battlefield. He'll get a chance to learn from this and I'm sure he feels bad enough without getting called out on a public forum by adults who have no idea what is going on in his life.

I'd like to see it, we've got to get by Harlan, Lynn Camp and Williamsburg to make it happen. At this point I think the Panthers are a little too much for the Jumpers but we've still got 5 weeks to learn how to tackle before the playoffs and as long as we've got the Deaton/Cole aerial circus I guess anythings possible. I just hope we both win out and get a chance to see.

I agree Zeus, Pikeville should be in there, I am just glad someone proved that SC isn't all they were thought to be. Congrats to the Panthers on a hard fought gamen against Belfry, and it was awesome to attend.

 

SC is the team everyone thinks. They just did not show up tonight. This game will hurt them in the district but it will help them come playoff time. The team is young and they let the success get to them. Now that they have suffered a loss to a hugh rival team Hager will have them ready to play in the playoffs. Pburg is making it interesting too. They are improving every week. Tonight is the best i've seen them look all season.

Pikeville is a mountain top 10 team beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Pikeville fans shouldn't be surprised by WYMT's attitude toward Pikeville. This has gone on for a long time.
