March 30, 20179 yr Anthony Grant is the man. Really solid hire for the Flyers. Where has he been the last 2 years? On the bench in Oklahoma City?
March 30, 20179 yr Seems like a solid hire. Wasn't great at Bama but... who has been? Will keep up Miller's style of aggressive defense in the way we've gotten used to, most likely. Lots of unknowns but, that's the way things can be at this level sometimes.
March 30, 20179 yr Would love to know what shook out with Muller and UD last night. Things got so hot that Jeff Goodman, who had whiffed on Muller in an earlier tweet, had to acknowledge that things were really heating up -- then they go A.G. Interesting. Solid hire, certainly well north of many of the dudes who were being thrown around, but doubt that any UD fans are printing t-shirts today.

In the end, the way things ended at Alabama aren't as interesting to me as his successes at VCU. I think some Bama fans weren't sold on him as a recruiter, but he clearly brought a lot of the guys to VCU that were instrumental to the Final Four run under Shaka in 2011. I like the hire but reserve any jumping up and down for at least two years.

That man has never aged.
