Which one would you want back to go along with next year's team, and why?

Fox ... not even a second thought. He was just getting really good on defense these last few games and his outside shot was coming on.

Second choice would be Bam.

Monk improved very little over the season and was just biding his time to get to the NBA. May be the most talented of all three but did not improve and is not getting what he should out of his talent.

Bam just because I think he could help his stock in the NBA with another year and refine his game some. Also I would like to see Brad C. come back for another year but his name was not on the poll..:thumb:

Fox, its close between Fox & Monk, But Monk's too streaky to pick over Fox.

I have to ask how you came to that conclusion? Watching the games it was clear how much he improved (as did the others) as the season wore on.

Monk. Next year's team will be a bit weak from deep as currently situated. Need a guy to keep that can hit consistently from behind the arc.

It's Fox and not close, IMO.

Monk.

Fox is an easy choice for me.

My second pick would also be Fox.

Well, I guess my third would be also be Fox.

Fox. They will miss a dynamo play maker like Monk, but Fox can control and dominate games. He went through a bit of a lull in the middle of the season, but I think we take his skill set for granted.

Observation. The same way you came to your conclusion.

Monk's offensive game evolved very little. He is a great shooter. He improved very little in other aspects offensively. He was not any better putting it on the floor and attacking. He is a great shooter.

Monk also is an incredible athlete. At the end of the season he was being taken out of games due to poor defense. Yes, he was slightly better defensively at the end of the year than at the start. He is pathetic rebounding the ball considering his tremendous leaping ability and size. He is not a good passer. All these items tell me he is not focused. He does not have focus and intensity.

Incredible shooter. Underperformer in almost all other areas. Lack of focus. I take the guys with intensity and focus over Monk, even if he is an incredible athlete and shooter.

Yeah, safe to say I can't agree with a single assessment you've made.

We seriously must watch two different Kentucky teams play.

True. Another one we will have to agree to disagree on.

Fox leading the poll here in a landslide so I am not the only one who takes Fox over Monk.

No issue with taking Fox over Monk. He's the better player. Monk fills the biggest void for next year's team though.

I'm just baffled anyone would say he didn't improve. He improved in every aspect and by quite a large margin.

In college basketball you always keep the guy that has the ball in his hand the majority of the time. Unless it is Anthony Davis :D
