I agree that the Cards probably over achieved a little this year. A complete offseason with coach Cook and they will be tough to handle next year!

He did good. Had 11 points ,9 in 2nd half when we needed them. He fed Philpot first half when he was hot. Great all round team player. The whole team is very unselfish. They were so much fun to watch. Can't wait till next year when we have everyone back.

Ugly second half by Cards, very disappointed. Thought Cooper didn't get near enough shots in this game, may have been defense, but didn't think they looked for him

Cards went away from Philpot in the second half; on the few occasions he saw the ball he was immediately doubled and had to kick it back out.

 

Just about the time I told Randy that Cooper was having a real quiet game, he hit a pair of triples. But by then it was too late. Excellent defense from the Camels, especially in the second half.

 

I will echo those who say that Clark is the team to beat in the 10th next season.

Clark played a good first half but thought Coach Cook slowed it down way to much in the third and took them out of their rhythm. Could not score in third qtr. Only two buckets and 6 points.

A couple of us thought that they looked tired. They had spent a lot of energy on defense in the first half.

The Camels got the job done tonight, especially in the second half as Bertsch and Hegyi came alive. Their team defense was also very impressive. Next up: revenge game vs Bracken.
