For the record, officials are rated only by coaches in their respective regions.

Yes, that's one reason why it can be so hard to get a fair shake on the road out of region.

Thats should be changed. If rules are the same across the state and you're playing an in-state team, both teams should be able to evaluate the officials regardless of region.

I wonder if the previous Coach tried to disqualify this girl, but administration resisted. Parents big donors? Officiating complicit?

Stinson was not the player involved in the scrimmage incident. I spoke to her and her parents over the summer and it was not her.

I think I would like to see video before bashing this kid on here. It's already been noted here that she was involved in an altercation over the summer when it wasnt her. Are we even sure we have the right player? I saw pics of the game and the player that was accused of assault this summer was double teaming with Stinson in the photos.

Also SK is very well known for physical play and I get the feeling that there may have been some of that going on. Stinson is a tiny girl but feisty. Not making excuses but she's smaller than most of SK's players. However, if she did throw a punch, there should be no excuse and she should be punished.

So now there are 2 players on the E-town team who like to throw punches??? If it wasnt her then it was another player, right? Wow! Administration should be embarrassed !

Maybe they should start a girls boxing team.!

@lawildcat

Help me out....why are you tagging me?

This is relevant to many of the officiating conversations we have had in the past.

I'm very sorry but I don't remember any conversations we've had regarding evals; Doesn't mean it didn't happen; I just don't remember. LOL

This is a 100% accurate statement. I saw a video this year from a Dixie game where Meier actually took a young Dixie player out, and it was not dealt with either. I can also recall a certain Bosse grabbing a players feet and throwing elbows and punches. It sounds like maybe their coach is getting a taste of his own medicine for how he allows his players to behave.

I agree, kinda like a bully(Simon Kenton) who goes around beating up classmates, then one day he meets his match(Etown), then bully goes home crying to momma about how someone was mean to him.

Any idiot who teaches a kid to hurt anyone is within itself The Problem.

We will look forward to your visit to Independence next year.

Better have the tape to back accusations like that!

You seem to be close enough to the SK folk, I'm sure you could get access to the Dixie tape, however like every other SK team, are great, perfect, classy and never do wrong, so you might miss it! They lose and you are crickets or coming up with an excuse.

I have no dog in this fight, so you won't be seeing me next year. I just enjoy watching SK parents cry about refs when they lose.

Chill out and enjoy the rest of your season, SK is a good team, don't ruin it for the kids.
