Back to Tim Beck, I wish him well he was a good recruiter but objectively he was probably Meyer's worst hire to date. Urban has to be better then that . I doubt I can find the post but I strongly disliked (as did countless OSU fans) when they hired him. Out with the old and in it's the new though.

It was one game. MSU did not look as good in any game all year as OSU did against Michigan and ND. A Michigan team that should have beat MSU but lost in a fluky way somewhat similar to how OSU lost to Penn State this year. OSU didn't take care of business against MSU period. I won't argue with that. But they were still a better team. Just like Bama losing to Ole Miss 2 years in a row doesn't make them a better team than Bama. Losses happen. It takes a loss to get your team back on track but Bamas losses were earlier so they get the benefit of the doubt.

 

Kind of like OSU's loss to Virginia Tech was at the beginning of the year when they won the title. Lose that game later they look a lot worse. :thumb:

That's what we're waiting on I tend to think QB. Warriner is still on staff, granted I think they want him back on the line. He's an amesome line coach, average OC.

I call bullcrap my man. So many UK fans only hate UofL when they play them. They may talk about Rick Pitino or Bobby Petrino but they never discuss the legitimacy of the team or their greatness like they constantly do with OSU. I don't think UK fans understand pure unadulterated hatred of a team/ school, except for Duke. Duke basketball will always be more hated than UofL. That's the reality I've noticed. We could do a poll on it if you like?

They do not play each other.

They are so far ahead of UK that there's no reason to do anything other than say "they're teally good."

Jumperdad is from a different part of the state and I believe him. A majority of KY probably doesn't care about OSU. NKY the hate is real and deep.

 

I grew up in Western Ky. I never really gave OSU a second thought more so than any other top team in college football. Twelve years ago, I took a job with a company that is headquartered in Columbus. Let's just say that I am no longer indifferent towards OSU and it really has nothing to do with the team or anything that happens on the field.
