Dang, almost a triple double by J Ohmer!!

Stat-filler. Although a triple-double is one of the most overrated achievements in sports.

I'll take 32/8/9 over 12/11/10 any day.

Perrin is a big add for Scott - very similar to Hendrix (Cooper) as an athlete and competitor (Hendrix is considerably taller).

Having watched both Scott and Campbell County, their style of play is very similar. Perimeter defense and stopping dribble penetration will be key for both teams. CC has a lot of weapons and superior size - for Scott to win they will really need to limit CC's three-point looks and out-rebound CC.

Traditional Bank isn't a cupcake tournament, pretty solid week to come out of it 3-1. Nice run for the Eagles.

Combined record of their three wins is 18-19. Scotts season is going to be determined by their ability to guard good teams not Ohmers ability to score.

Guess that's why there have been only 3 in the history of Kentucky at the college level.

More impressive in the 32-minute high school game.

So winning games they should? Seems like the Eagles have struggled with that in years past, so good to see them taking the right direction early on in the season.

Take away Manuals record, and Sheldon Clark/Muhlenburg Co who are top teams in their regions are a combined 16-10. Solid showing for the Eagles.

I do agree though, the Eagles will have to defend if they want to compete come tournament time.

And if you look at Manual's schedule, its no pushover. They're quite better than their record would indicate.
