Inaccuracies? Please tell me where I have blatantly misled.

:sad: I feel as if ruining a perfectly good echo chamber.

You posted an opinion piece by a columnist who was inaccurate so I don't blame you for his inaccurate information. But on topics like this I've done years of research so a dishonest person in the media cannot feed me half truths to get across his inaccurate opinion.

I will never except a moral equivlancy between Palestinians and Israel because all historical fact tells me there is none. I will not accept John Kerry's tone Def anti Israel speech where he mentions Settlements 24 times and Hammas 4 times.

Yesterday's speech told me those in charge of Foreign policy in this country do not understand the Middle east as if I needed anymore evidence. To make settlements your number 1 issue tells me you are not serious about this situation and instead have an agenda. So please John Kerry go off into the night you came into our lives being a trader to your fellow solider you can now leave being a trader to a strong American ally.

Again regardless of what the New York Times thinks you can be for both it isn't a hard concept to grasp. You are arguing with me to links to articles of opinion pieces instead of understanding the situation yourself and forming your own coherrent opinion.

If Palestinians want to be violent and don't want to negoiate Israel will do what is best for their citizens and their saftey.

Are either allowed a standing army to date ? So Germany has all it's historical land with ethnic Germans ? WW1 do they have all their land ? Nope.

Is the United States giving back it's country ? Nope. War has consequences.

I'll state it again since you ignored it. Israel offered a two state solution in 1937, 1948, 1967, 2000, 2005 and 2008. Palestinians walked away because they don't acknowledge Israels right to exisit.

How was that done in1937?

The Jewish people who 11 years later were recognized as the State of Israel. It could have been a two state solution from the start. The Arabs refused.

You're a smart dude, but to say our state dept doesn't understand the ME is a little much. You may not like their moves, but they speak with the people we mention. They debate with both sides and recieve information from some of the most knowledgeable people in the world. Their names are on every step. It's easy for us to armchair qb, but they are in the game.

I'm sure they will. We just don't have to support them if they are helping stir the pot.

Fine saying they don't understand it may be a bit much. But I do believe they are dishonest on how they release information , Kerry's speech prime example. Also taking a 180 approach on American philosphy on this conflict shows an agenda driven approach.

If they did this in 2011 I would still be 100% against it but I could atleast respect the fact they wanted to take a different approach and we could let the election decide if Americans agree. Doing it in your final month isn't taking a new approach it is thumbing your nose at Israel and making it more difficult on the incoming president.

That's why even many Democrat leaders who may agree with Obama's definition of a two state solution are completely against the UN resolution and John Kerry's speech. You embolden the extreme on both sides, leave Israel at a disadvantage in negotiations , and create a false equivalancy. Look at how many leaders on the Democrat side disagree with the Adminstration on this issue. Recently 88 Senators signed an agreement against any resolution such as this passing in the UN.

When something is so bi-partisan some of you defending Obama need to take a step back.

We don't have to breathe oxygen but it's in our best interest.

Hellcats should consider -- :isurrender::isurrender::
