Something must be done dont everyone agree?Obama has allowed China and Russia to repeatedly violate the sovereign rights of free nations, including our own, for the past 8 years with no firm response. This is an issue that will be dumped into President-Elect Trump's lap, along with all of the other messes that Obama, Hillary, and Kerry have created. Obama creates problems, he does not solve them.

December 17, 20169 yr What should the US do?Actually, it is too late for Obama to implement any kind of effective foreign policy. He should just punt and hope that Donald Trump is up to the challenges of the presidency. Obama has already proven that he was not presidential material. All he can do now is make matters worse with his incompetence.
