JC looking to throw a Shutout!

JC gets the on side kick. Franklin flat as a fiddle

Geordan Blanton hits like a ton of Bricks!

Well they sold out and forced Central to Pass! Lol.

...and the Golden Eagles can pass to!

Yes but the JC passing game still needs work.

JC just put a running clock on an undefeated team in the state championship game.....in the first half!!!!!

No doubt who the best team in 4A is!

Wow!

Looks like we are going to half.

JC wants to run one more play before half.

Not enough time

JC 36 FS 0

At the half

JC's head coach says it is not over.

Now he is talking about it being a tough couple of years at JC and he is proud of his kids.

He is also happy about getting the running clock going.

Not enough time or Central was gonna take another stab at the end zone!

Not a fan of the onside kick up 36-0! Karma haunts down the road...

He is talking about the flood that killed several two years ago. The fact we had a player drown just a few months ago and the fact that we have a player in Cincy childrens hospital who they thought might have cancer (results came back negative earlier this week).

Some that dont know could have took that the wrong way.

How good are JC and Belfry this year? The mountains have two beast this year.

First half offensive yardage per Ashland Daily:

It's a Mattney thing. I used to hate it as well when he did similar things in the past. But to be honest, I've come to respect it as well as expect it. When he see's blood, he goes for the kill. He does coach with a chip on his shoulder IMO, but I really don't think he does things out of disrespect for the opponent.

JCs defense has been their strength all year as it has been in the 1st half. Amazing seeing the difference from one year to the next on this field. Expected JC to put this one away in the 2nd half.
