Belfry didn't throw a pass and you didn't say anything about it. Just wondering. Enjoy other people's perspectives.

It's the state finals if you can't field a kick then you deserve to get a running clock. He's done it all year I'm sure that fs saw that on film

Most likely, what was he suspended for?

Recruiting.

They actually have much more of a passing game than in years past, which is a step in the right direction. They can also open things up a little more than what you've seen thus far, they just haven't needed to do so. I completely agree that it can use some work though, but it's leaps and bounds better than it was in recent years.

It is getting deep here but eventually (future years) they are going to come up against a team that matches up with the, when that happens this passing attack is not going to get it done.

I agree it looks better but still a long way to go on the passing attack.

I agree that FS's kickoff return is a joke.

The QB is a freshman. I imagine it will.

JC first and goal at the 3

Might be a mickey mouse passing game, but when you got a king kong running game it does not matter.

Of course but I mean the simplicity of the JC passing attack.

TD JC

Until you run up against Mothra

JC 42 FS 0

814 in the 3rd

JC's passing game is nothing like that of Bowling Green or Trinity, but any coach in the world (From NFL down) would run the ball when they know the other team cant stop it. Then when you run that one or two receiver basic routes, you get TD's because the defense has to sell out on the run.

Had FS done better against the run, you would have seen more shotgun and 4 and 5 wide sets. JC has shown them plenty this season, just not had to in this game.

The Freshman QB has shown a decent arm. I agree they have to improve the pass game but it's a lot better now than years past.
