I am sure WKU protected themselves in their contract with the KHSAA but wondering why the KHSAA didn't protect themselves by having a out if WKU hosted a playoff game.

 

Really pretty silly of the KHSAA to go into a contract without protecting themselves.

 

Certainly would seem like a breach of contract unless WKU put this clause in there, and if they did and KHSAA brass ignored it...well...seems par for the course.

The KHSAA doesn't have much choice here. Remember WKU is the only venue that even bid on hosting the finals for 2015-2018. Nobody else wanted it enough to bid.

 

So what exactly is the KHSAA supposed to do?
