You must admit that NCC and HC always have some interesting games. I remember a lot of posts from HC fans (I think) complaining about a call that the officials got right last year (or the year before)on a punt that went into the EZ.

Officials have to be on their toes when these two play.

Sounds like to me some NCC fans need to talk to some Murray fans....

Hopefully these two can get a real rivalry going.

I don't know....HC has 22 seniors, NCC appears to be stocked up for the near future.

I haven't seen the replay, but #3 was down whistle was blown ref runs in, #24 knee was down when he picked up the dead ball... HC should have been in the victory formation...

Old school reference. Well done.

Seems like a pretty gone one already.

I'll assume that's rhetorical.

Not rhetorical , trying to the keep up with everyone quoting me. I have said it enough times, at best it was a questionable call. Too many people some not NCC fans saw it the same way. Was his knee down? It didn't look like it, but no whistle so he played the ball. Yes the ref ran in looking for ball. No hand signals declaring dead ball. Was the call right? It seems tainted due to timeline, and late call. No I would not want to win on a bogus call. My point AGAIN is IF a ref did not see the players knee down and call the ball dead, he can't just guess or think he was down. He ran to the middle of the field and realized the ball was in to help endzone.

even when holy cross wins... they still lose. How bout congrats to NCC on a hard fought game, but holy cross deserved to win this game and they deserve credit for a great win!

Sorry, wrong. Clearly a fumble. 24 was down, accidentally called by refs. Yes, should have been in "V" formation. Have to wonder if Kozerski didn't want another TD? Also have to wonder if he is an idiot?

Let's ignore that some say the whistle was blown. Let's say it wasn't even though one official was running in indicating the play was over.

Every official in every sport will tell you that goal 1, 2, and 3 is to get it RIGHT. Even if you have to eat a foul tasting sandwich from the coach you get it right. So if no whistle was blown they still have the obligation to get together to make sure they get it right.

Based on the video I say they got it right.

Seems like a pretty gone one already.

Not even close. HC can't get 1 win every 10 years vs NewCath and call it a rivalry. Hope HC can become more consistant

My bad. You were throwing shade. My fault.

But the call was correct, knee down right?

Up for debate, no whistle no arm signals declaring it dead.
