Central and Garrard County have both been ranked for much of the season before the Golden Lions faded down the stretch. Central is always strong across the line, but Garrard has a powerful running game. Even though its a 1-4 game, could this one be close?

I don't expect Garrard to win but I think it could be closer than some think.

I would love nothing more than to see Garrard County win this one or even keep it close. But I think Central wins and wins convincingly.

My heart is pulling for Garrard but my head says Central. I believe this could be a closer game than most think. Going to wait on a score.

Unfortunately I think Garrard's offense plays right into the hands of what Central defends the best.

 

I don't think Central's offense is overly explosive, but their speed should get enough big plays to hurt Garrard

 

The one silver lining though is Central has "played down" in the First Round in year's past numerous times.

Probably can go either way. Garrard has a team capable of winning, but they will have to maintain possession, finish drives, and get off the field on defense. The biggest thing, in my opinion, is how will Garrard handle the long trip and the environment? If their eyes are big, it gets ugly. If they play to their capability this is probably a one score game either way. You just never know.
