Alabama, Clemson, Michigan, Washington

Not sure how you can have Clemson over OSU right now. What Clemson did last year means nothing. To this point in the year Clemson has not looked like a top 4 school in the country. They have the talent to be, but they havent played that way or earned a top 4 spot yet imo.

I have Clemson over them because a) I think Michigan will beat OSU in a few weeks and b) I actually like Clemson. :thumb:

You can't take anything @Wireman , @UKMustangFan , or I say regarding Ohio State/ Michigan seriously. We're incapable of seeing the other team as any good. I actually tried to be objective though and put Michigan at 3 this week. So apparently I'm not the most biased person on the college football threads anymore.

To be fair, I was doing my top 4 at season's end and not my top 4 as of right now. I was picking who I think the top 4 will be heading into bowl season.

Be honest though even if Michigan was still mediocre like they've basically been since the 90's, you still wouldn't have Ohio State in your top 4. There isn't a more hated rivalry in sports than this rivalry. Anyone who hasn't experienced it first hand wouldn't understand. I would actually be dissapointed in you if you conceded any credit to Ohio State.

Alabama/Auburn is pretty hated, Yankees/Red Sox, Duke/North Carolina. OSU/Michigan is definitely a good one though.

For those picking Washington over Clemson, has Washington beaten a team close to as good as Louisville?
No but they haven't been given the opportunity. But they are flat out running over teams right now. You can only play the games you have in front of you and they are winning and winning with style. That's all they can do. They won't play a team the caliber of UofL until the playoff (assuming they make it) but they are certainly looking better against teams the caliber of NC State than Clemson is looking. I think Clemson can turn it on at any time but eventually the lackluster performances are going to cost them a game or two.
