As with any team rising from the ashes, the "fans" come out of the woodwork and limit the elbow room on the bandwagon. If Rizzo, Russell, and Heyward don't start hitting the baseball, the streak will extend to 108 years.

As with any team rising from the ashes, the "fans" come out of the woodwork and limit the elbow room on the bandwagon. If Rizzo, Russell, and Heyward don't start hitting the baseball, the streak will extend to 108 years. The same fans that normally go away after the 3rd week of the season have run their trap this entire year. Of course not all fans of any team are unbearable and maybe I just have a higher percentage of cubs fans on Facebook, but the arrogance this year has made me glad they've been terrible for ever. Maybe I just need more like you and rocket.

The question will be can the Cubs figure out a way to get the bats going for the rest of the series. With at least one more game against Kershaw looming and Hill who they just couldn't figure out who knows. If the Dodgers find a way to win tonight if that happens you have to think the Cubs are sunk.

I don't know if we will see Kershaw tonight or not. if Chicago takes a 3-2 series led going into Saturday's game 6, that's when Kershaw will pitch and Chicago needs to hit him...
October 20, 20169 yr Dodgers will light up Lester tonight. He will walk too many, the Dodgers will steal like crazy and he'll be out of the game by the 5th. Dodgers will clinch at Wrigley on Saturday with Kershaw on the mound. The curse lives.
