FairFan Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 Beechwood coming off a big win against Dixie, and I don't think Lloyd will be much of a contest foe them. I like BW, 42-10.
free thinker Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 I think Beechwood crushes. I'm surprised they still play Lloyd.
Beechnut Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Have to stay mentally tough. A few years ago, we thought this game was a cakewalk, and LLoyd handed it to us, and deservedly so. Can't let that happen again.
Diamond Dandy Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Lloyd riding last weeks big win makes it close, Beechwood 21 - 14
luvthemraiders Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 Beechwood will not run up the score. I'd say they win by about 38 points.

Can't let that happen again. I definitely agree with you that the Beechies need to stay focused and not overlook the Juggs and I doubt Coach Rash will let them. With that being said I would expect the Cakes;) to Walk thru Lloyd by a pretty comfortable margin.. Beechwood 51-Lloyd 12.:ylsuper:
JOHNDUNHOFT Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 It was a pleasure Friday nite to be at the Beechwood game to see my good friend Noel Rash win his first game as a head coach. I saw alot of people whom I have known for a very long time. My concern with this game is that Beechwood has a very discipline and good football team, did not expect anything less of course. Lloyd is very young however, they have heart and play with determination. As long as Beechwood does not jump out with a big lead and Lloyd can control the football it will be a very good game. If not Beechwood can name the score. Beechwood has a very talented offense with several weapons and they play tenacious defense. Beechwoods coaching staff had their players prepared for Dixie and they will have them prepared for Lloyd on Friday. It will be great to see everyone again this Friday at Lloyd. Good luck to both teams and I hope they stay injury free. JD
LMHSDaddy Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 I predict a Beechwood win. Every now and then the Juggs will catch the Tigers sleeping:sleep: I dont think this is the year for that. If the Juggs keep it close and stay healthy in my book it is an educational win. This is a very young team and every week they will get better. I seriously doubt any other team in Lloyds district or 2A period (except maybe Belfy) could beat Beechwood when they are having a normal night. Good luck Juggs stay focused, dont get discouraged and stay healthy:ylsuper: PS Coach Rash I hope you have a great freshman head coaching year.
mcpapa Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Beechies should have an easy time, something like 35-10.
Andtheheadcoach Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 I believe they have to play because of their conferences? Or do they just choose to play each other?
