Bob Rowe's job is not in jeopardy. He is the golden boy of DOC principals, bringing in both students and $$$.

Even though Rowe sometimes operates on the act now, apologize later mantra, Bishop Foys knows what he has in Rowe and keeps him on a VERY LONG leash.

Guess I'm a traditionalist but if I'm in charge, I keep my advantage of playing on Sat afternoons. As an poising player/fan, I hated those Sat afternoon games. Just me and just sayin!

As a former HHS guy who follows and supports NKY schools as much as possible because I love the area, I think this is great. A lot of people look at CCH for their athletics but I respect them so much for their academics. It's truly special that we have HHS, CCH, and Beechwood all consistently performing as top 5 schoos in the state... Not to mention what they do athletically/socially

I can see where you are coming from but I Read in an article the other day (nky tribune possibly) that talked about the one of the reasons CCH is using portable lights this year. It said there is just a big financial difference between Friday night and Saturday afternoon games. Saturday afternoon is just not a good time for a game. I also don't think it is too much of an advantage considering most CCH players and fans do not like Saturday afternoon games either.

Look at other Diocese schools in N. Ky. that have completed expansion projects in the past 5-10 years. Nearly all of them had an administration change upon completion of the projects.

 

I agree with what Mustang posted above about Rowe, but Latin School's Andy Barczack did an incredible job with enrollment and turning that school around. He went over budget on the school expansion and he was gone. Similar story at other schools.

Changes have already been made to the initial plans that will effect the concessions on both sides of the field.
