This is the second week in a row the birds have been victims of bad officiating. Is this just bad luck or are the officials in NKY just not that good?

 

They were letting both sides play basically, the Birds didn't lose because of officiating. They had some mistakes and a key turnover late.

 

My Point was the holding was let go.

The SC coach was able to get him to focus his energy on the field. When he got back in the game on offence he was very hard to bring down and scored at least one touch down after the outburst. He played harder and under control the rest of the game. This was the point were SC pulled away from HHS on the score board.

 

Coach, or the fan (guessing father) coming out of the stands and going to the sideline? Very big man, he would have gotten me to focus my attention.

Venamann with 9 receptions for over 200 yards is a huge night. Gosney throwing it 34 times is a big number as well.

 

Scott County 42, Highlands 33

Senior quarterback Brady Gosney led the Bluebirds with five total touchdowns. Gosney went 20-for-34 for 307 yards passing, while adding a rushing touchdown.

Junior Nick Veneman had nine receptions for 225 yards and four touchdowns for Highlands.

Scott County was led by Kendrick Hamilton, who had 18 carries for 204 yards and three touchdowns.
