SW has a very easy schedule. I'm sure they are good but play somebody.

Demond Johnson is kinda of a combo back with some talent. The Combs kid at QB is the most underrated player in the area. 1500 yard rusher and passer last year with 10 + rushing and passing TD's.

I do believe BG should be #1 South #2 until proven other wise Mayfield #2 is streching it great program but should be #3 until South or Bowling Green gets beat.

 

it doesn't matter who we play South is better than Mayfield .it is not who has better schedule strength .it is objectively who beats who and they played a terrible Ft Campbell and you didn't drop them.

Thanks for this. Muhlenburg is a team that largely goes under the radar, but I will be watching for their game with Daviess County this year as it likely will be for the #2 seed in their district. Would be a big accomplishment for them to get that.

This was intriguing to me because I did not know Joey Fosko (heralded sports reporter for the Paducah Sun Newspaper) or of his work until you posted this. So I went and looked up his information and found that he tragically passed in 2013 from an unanticipated heart attack. It is through things like this that we all realize how short life really is and to live now and enjoy and appreciate those you admire and care for. The 2 links above are for a memorial for Joey and the second a scholarship fund started in his name over in the Purchase Area. When ADs and head coaches go out of their way to establish something like this it really lets you know how much Mr. Kosko meant to the area. I am truly sorry for this loss, but glad to have researched it to get a glimpse of the man who was a reliable source and did so much for the sports community in the Western part of our State.
