August 19, 201610 yr I did not know that. Where does Wisconsin and/or Milwaukee stand on that issue? Would be interesting to see something like that tried in court as it seems it would almost certainly make its way up the SCOTUS ladder. Not sure what their laws are. Brother in Law likened it to being able to charge someone for yelling fire in a crowded theater even if no panic follows. I personally can't see anyone being charged without an actual riot happening but I guess if someone wanted to waste time and money while looking foolish they would do it.
August 20, 201610 yr Well, I guess it is all OK until someone tells people to burn down a reporter's neighborhood. I am lucky to remember a time when reporters actually investigated and reported facts. There were only 3 networks and all 3 were run by upstanding journalists. Today it is all about getting the most interesting slant on whatever your network believes is important on any given day.
August 20, 201610 yr Thanks for providing the unedited clip. People will leverage it for their own purposes, but to me this is not a call to arms to grab torches and pitchforks and march to the suburbs to take action. As stated above, her point was destruction is stupid and won't bring her brother back and that destruction of your own neighborhood is even stupider. You're kidding, right? This was a clear call to go burn other neighborhoods.

August 20, 201610 yr Not kidding. See it / hear it different than you. You are seeing/hearing something different than what was said.
August 20, 201610 yr Most importantly, stupid comment from a distraught sister. . It appears he has several sisters who like to comment to the press. FOX NEWS Takes a CLOSER LOOK at The CRIMINAL PAST Of Sylville Smith!! - YouTube
August 20, 201610 yr Not kidding. See it / hear it different than you. How is that possible? She didn't leave anything to be interpreted. She wasn't calling for peace. She was calling for those rioting to tear up and burn homes and businesses in the suburbs. It was hateful, spiteful and bigoted.
August 20, 201610 yr What she was really saying was she was going to open up a lemonade stand in the suburbs .. You just have to play it backwards to decipher the real meaning . SMH
August 20, 201610 yr :lol2: There's no way to see or hear what she said differently unless you are being naive. That's just silly.
