I agree he has to be more consistent and soon.

I think he will be alright and hope that he is doing all the extra kicking he can to make himself as good as a kicker as many have said he is a person.

NCF I can promise you that Aaron will be working hard on his kicking. I agree that he has to be more consistent on his fg's or he won't be kicking them. I also think that he will get those lined out. Aarons k/o's have been awesome and he is 16-16 I believe on p.a.t.'s. I can also promise that he IS that good of a person from a very good family. I think that I can speak for everyone in Raceland in saying thanks for your support and kind words about Aaron.

A. Pettry looked very good in the Iowa game on 9/30. Aaron had 7 kick offs- 5 of those for touchbacks, 2 sails out of the endzone, one right at the goal line and another at the 6yd. line that were returned for short distances. Aaron was once again perfect on p.a.t.'s going 5-5, I believe that this makes him a perfect 21-21 on the season. Also hit his only FG attempt from 36 yds. VERY nice game for Aaron, Raceland is very proud of you!!!:dancingpa

He slowly is looking like a very good all around kicker like we all knew he would be at any level.

He is going to look great in that Dallas Cowboy Uniform in a few years.

He would look much better in the Orange that he is so accustomed to wearing!! especially with the stripes on the helment.

That way we could all go watch him play in person!!!! I agree he is a special talent.:thumb:

Nice job by Aaron. He is really looking more comfortable with each game. His kick off ability is unreal. I bet the defensive guys appreciate the touchbacks.

Keep working Aaron!!! & Go Bucks!!:dancingpa

:thumb: I agree 100%. I can guarantee that he will continue to work hard to reach his full potential.

I don't think I've seen a high school athlete work harder on his own time than Aaron. I can't tell you the times I've driven past the Raceland field and seen him at the field kicking field goals by himself. He has tremendous work ethic. GO AARON!

good luck to him and his family. You never know where he will end up. A lot of good kickers who are good enough to play in NFL never get the right break. Hope he breaks through.

A off topic thought: Nugent (ny jets) and sander (Green bay pack) and kicker for OSU last year all had great careers at OSU (distance). But all seem to have trouble with distance in NFL vs the average NFL kicker. Is it the balls in NFL, or balls in OSU, or both?

When do they play next? I like to see him play. And again congrats to his family and school. Is he on scholarship now, I know a lot of kickers have to walk on, but I hope they put him on one. There are people on scholarship that never see the field and this kid starts, give him a ride:madman:
